We only require 25% of the total tuition collected from your students in exchange for participating in our platform. You keep the other 75%.

Follow these 5 steps to begin hosting your classes on our site:
*Only once all 5 of the steps below are complete are we able to approve any classes.
Introduce yourself
Fill out our introduction form complete with a video outlining your experience/credentials and what classes you are qualified to teach. This information may be viewed by future students so be sure to go into detail about your qualifications and upload a very high quality introduction video.
2. Sign our Agreement
Click below to read and sign our contractor agreement. This must be signed before contractor access will be approved in your Mighty Kids account.
3. Create a Free Mighty Kids Account
Go to our home page and click login. Click create account and enter your information. Once you have created a free account, if your application is approved, we will enable contractor access on your account. You will then follow the easy steps in your dashboard to creating a payment account (where tuition will come to you), a teacher profile, and linking your zoom. If these steps are completed and your background check is cleared, you can follow the steps in your dashboard to create your profile, add classes and start teaching!
4. Connect your Zoom Account
After to follow the steps in your dashboard to create a Stripe account, you will receive an email from Zoom asking you to link your Zoom account. Approve the link. Be sure to use the same email address in our system as the email address of your Zoom account. Your Zoom account cannot be connected to any other organization as Zoom only allows accounts to be linked with one business at a time. If your Zoom account is already linked to another organization, create a new Zoom account to link with Mighty Kids. If you do not have a Zoom account currently, click below to start the process of creating one.
5. Pass a background check with Checkr
(checkr.com is trusted by Uber, Instacart and more for their background checks)
Once you have completed our first 4 steps, we will automatically start the process of running a background check to help minimize some of the risk associated with online learning. You will receive an email from Checkr with steps to participate in the process. Please follow the steps in the email to kick off the background check. You can check the status below.

FAQs
Why can’t I use my zoom account that is from another business or linked to another service?
Zoom only allows an email to be linked to one organization at a time. If you are already doing zoom classes with another service or organization you will need to make another zoom account.
Why do I have to create a Stripe account?
Stripe is an industry leader in payment processing. They are PCI compliant and securely store your banking and personal info. This allows us to use their industry security and provide a way to sell your classes and get paid safely. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through the steps in your dashboard.
How much tuition should I charge?
It is completely up to the educator how much tuition they decide to charge. We have noticed though that families generally find around $10-$15 per 30-60 min class session reasonable. This amount may be more or less based on the complexity of the class/program.
Why do I need to link my zoom account?
This gives the platform permissions to create the classes you create as meetings under your profile. We do not make any other changes to your account. Be sure that your zoom account uses the same email address as your Mighty Kids account.
Can I submit a background check I already have?
We cannot make exceptions for the background check process. Part of our trust and safety provided by our platform to families is that we follow the same process for everyone.
What background check service do you use? Is my data safe?
For Background checks we use a company called Checkr. Checkr is a large trusted background check service with clients such as Uber, Instacart, Shipt, Postmates, and Lyft. When you enter your information, we don’t see any of it, only Checkr does. You can view their privacy policy here: https://checkr.com/privacy-policy
Can my classes be longer than 40 minutes?
If you have a paid zoom subscription for your account, you may create class times that are longer than 40 minutes. If you have a free zoom account and try to schedule longer on our platform it will default to 40 minutes on zoom.
What can I teach?
We offer our educators autonomy to teach to their strengths. Whatever it is you are most qualified to teach we’d love to have on our platform. This can include traditional educational courses, social emotional, tutoring, physical education/dance, coaching programs and many more. We even facilitate our educators teaching classes for whole families and adults! You can teach as many or few classes as you can reasonably manage at once.
