My name is Stacy Morales and I live with my 15-year old daughter, Rebecca. I am originally from Virginia, but I moved to Florida in 1995.

I live in Miami and I love it for so many reasons! I get to go to my favorite place, the beach, and it also provides many other outdoor activities like the park for cookouts, weekend markets, and bike riding. I love soaping, crafting, and furniture refinishing—so being able to open windows year round is a plus!

Not only have I had the opportunity to raise my four daughters in an exciting, multicultural environment, but I also had the privilege of attending and graduating from Miami Dade College—the largest culturally diverse institution in the country. My original college studies began with Legal Studies and English, but having been surrounded by educators, I realized that my heart’s desire and talents were in the classroom with the younger generation. I absolutely love my work, and like most educators, it's not a job when it's a part of who you are!
